What’s the return policy of Old Ride Stance?

Products may be returned for full refund, credit, or exchange minus shipping and handling fee for up to 60 days from the date of invoice. Returned merchandise must be in the original package and resalable condition when returned. Reasonable shipping/freight charges will be reimbursed if the return is due to manufacture defect.

How to initiate a return?

Step 1: Please contact us prior proceeding the return procedure.

Step 2: Please provide brief explanation with reason of return.

Please specify one of the following reason of return,

  1. Received damaged (with provided pictures)
  2. Manufacturer defect (with provided picture)
  3. Wrong parts sent (with provided picture)
  4. Missing/Incomplete parts (with provided picture)
  5. Failed in use (with provided picture)
  6. No longer needed
  7. Not as expected
  8. Did not fit
  9. Wrong product ordered
  10. Wrong quantity ordered
  11. Wrong application ordered


Step 3 : Choose one of the following method once return is confirmed for proceeding,

  1. Refund via original payment method
  2. Account credit
  3. Replacement order
Additional information regarding returning merchandise

Damaged merchandise
Damaged-in-shipment merchandise must be notified within 3 working days of receiving.

Professional installation
We always recommend professional installation on our products. Items that have been installed, painted, modified, or deemed non-resalable by us will not be qualified to our return policy.

Labor fees
Old Ride Stance Automotive is not responsible for labor fees associated with the installation, painting, modification, or repair of purchased merchandise regardless of the circumstances.
